General Guidelines for on the farm financing

1. Minimum 10 percent down payment

2. Up to 54 months financing

3. Interest free financing for duration of loan

4. Alpacas stay at our farm until proof of mortality insurance coverage is paid for by purchaser for the amount owed for the animal

    * This is protection for both the buyer and seller
    * The amount of coverage can be reduced annually, if desired
    *  Is payable to seller amount owed

5. For financed alpacas, the first 3 months board is free - thereafter, $2 a day board paid monthly

    * Includes routine care of alpaca
    * Veterinarian fees would be purchaser’s responsibility

6. If alpaca is unbred at time of purchase, we will provide the first breeding free, with your choice of any herd sire

    *Subsequent breeding’s will be at 50 percent discount of the fee
    to breed to any of our herd sires

7. If the alpaca has an offspring born during the financed period, offspring will be registered to us, until the dam is paid in full - at     that time, the ownership of the offspring will be transferred to the purchaser

8. Offspring can be sold, but the amount of the sale would be applied to the finance balance of the dam

    *If the offspring is sold for more than the finance balance, the purchaser will
    retain the difference, along with the paid-in-full dam

9. The registration of the financed alpaca will remain in our name until paid in full

    *At that time, the registration will be transferred to the purchaser

10. We will provide information for everyone interested in alpacas

11. We provide support to anyone owning or wanting to own alpacas, whether you buy from us, or someone else
